Orders and Renewals

 

     1. Q. I placed an order for Bloxx before November 2, 2015, will this be honoured?

          A. Yes, all existing customer orders will be fully respected

 

     2. Q. I have a renewal due in December, can I still renew?

          A. Yes, one year renewals will be offered until 15th April 2016

 

     3. Q. If I renew, how long can I renew for? 1 or 3 years?

         A. You will be able to renew for 1year.

 

      4. Q. My contract expires after 15th April 2016, what options do I have?

           A. We will be in touch in the near future with information

 

     5.  Q. I'd still like to purchase a Bloxx solution, what can I do?

          A.  The current Bloxx product set will no longer be available for sale or refresh. Renewals will only be offered until 15th April 2016

 

Installations

 

      6.   Q. I have an installation coming up, will this still go ahead?

            A. Yes, we intend to honour all installation commitments

 

 

Support and Contacts

 

      7.   Q. I need to contact Support, do I still use the current methods?

            A.   For any technical issues, please continue to use the existing Bloxx technical support and customer service ticket, email and phone options.

 

      8.   Q. Will the support model change?

            A. We will continue to provide support service in line with our contractual agreement

 

      9.    Q. Who is my point of contact going forward?

             A. Please email enquiries@bloxx.com and we will confirm your point of contact.

 

Product Updates

 

      10.  Q. What will happen with product updates (URL database, Phishing, Anti-Virus, Firmware)

             A. We will continue to provide updates as contractually agreed

 

      11.  Q. Will Akamai be offering a filtering solution I can replace my current Bloxx solution with?

             A.  Akamai will be in touch with our details of our solution portfolio in the near future

 

 

Billing and Payment

 

      12.  Q. I have an outstanding invoice, who should I pay?

             A. You should continue with your current arrangements to pay Bloxx

       13.  Q. Will my pipeline deals be honoured?

              A. Any deals Bloxx have received a Purchase Order for will be fully respected

 

       14.  Q. I have recently placed an order for customer, will this still be honored?

      15.  Q.  I have a renewal due in December, can my customer renew?

      17.  Q. Does this affect any existing contractual agreement with my clients?

             A. We will continue to honour all our contractual obligations
