The Bloxx Email Filter provides a comprehensive email reporting capability that allows you to quickly create high-level or detailed reports on spam email and email usage. Reports can be easily customised and are viewable in any Web browser, can be printed, emailed and exported to a range of formats including PDF and CSV.
Completely flexible and user-friendly, you can schedule reports for specific days and times as well as run quick ad-hoc reports.
Summary Reports provide a great overview of all aspects of your organisation’s email data and usage. You can easily drill down into the data contained in reports and identify specific users and time periods to immediately identify specific problems.
Data gained from the reports can be stored within the Bloxx Email Filter for future reference and also integrated with third party reporting packages providing further flexibility and power.
Activity log
A complete record of all activity for each inbound and outbound email processed by the Bloxx Email Filter is maintained. Each log entry is time stamped and includes information such as date, sender, recipient, subject, category and action taken.
