Web Filtering Company Bloxx Introduces Dedicated Web Reporting Appliances to Help Organisations Improve Compliance

12 March 2010

Launch of dedicated Web Reporting appliances will help organisations dramatically improve compliance and help them meet regulatory requirements.

Bloxx, the innovator in Web content filtering, today announced the launch of dedicated Web Reporting appliances, which will enable organisations to keep an accurate and detailed log on all Web access for up to five years. This will allow organisations to dramatically improve compliance and help them meet regulatory requirements.

In addition, the optimised appliance can help organisations produce complex unified Web usage reports across all deployed Bloxx Web Filtering appliances even during peak traffic loads. With a Reporting Appliance deployed, organisations can now manage all their Bloxx Web Filters from one command centre, reducing IT management time and complexity.

“Organisations now need to have effective controls, processes and tools in place to ensure that they can fully meet any regulatory or compliance requirements,” said Eamonn Doyle, Bloxx Chief Executive Officer. “The Bloxx Web Reporting appliances provide a cost-effective, convenient and efficient way to ensure that organisations can easily report on historical web usage if required.”

Pricing and Availability
Bloxx Web Reporting Appliances are available now. The Bloxx Web Reporting Appliance WR1 is £8,999 and the Impresa-WR3 is £18,999. Support and Maintenance for both Web Reporting appliances is included under the maintenance contract for a customer’s Web Filtering appliances.
